It’s about being mentally exhausted, having emotional exhaustion. About reaching a point where your soul feels disconnected from everything around you. Even chaos starts feeling quiet. Where the world keeps moving, people keep talking, life keeps demanding things from you, but internally, you already checked out a long time ago. You stop reacting, stop explaining, stop caring.
